Meeting #1: Government Operations CAP Kick-Off
The kick-off meeting provided an overview of this cohort, what is required to create a government operations climate action plan and what focus areas should be included.
Homework for next meeting:
- Look at your government operations GHG inventory and the emissions in each sector. What is your highest emitting sector/s? Create a list of municipal staff who can help influence emissions in each sector.
- Create a list of actions that have been done or are ongoing in your community. (This work to be completed in the planning tab of your initiatives spreadsheet).

Meeting #2: Transportation
