Prior to completing a climate vulnerability assessment, it's recommended that you conduct a community plans consistency assessment or a climate resilience policies evaluation (a CSC PE 7 Action) to ID already existing relevant plans. Why? To 1. help inform your climate vulnerability assessment; 2. better understand historical context and past priorities; and 3. build on prior work and avoid recommending conflicting strategies.
